Everyone loves paying less for their games, and Sony are closing out April with what feels like a dozen different sales and tons of discounts. Destiny headlines in the Deal of the Week slot, and while £24.99 isn’t the cheapest price I’ve ever seen it go for, it’s the cheapest it’s been digitally.
That’s then joined by the rather self explanatory “Games Under £16” sale for PS4, which sees Alien: Isolation and Watch Dogs drop to £15.99, while Trials: Fusion is down to £7.99, the two Metro Redux games are £9.49 apiece, and there’s plenty others that join them under that price point.
That’s not all though, as a Resident Evil sale sees the entire range of zombie games cut in price and May 4th is predictably celebrated with all sorts of reductions to Star Wars games and tie ins. Finally, there’s a bunch of digital discounts that don’t seem to fit elsewhere, so have been bundled together under the decidedly bland “Digital Discounts” banner.

Alien Isolation is tempting at that price, after the good things I’ve heard – despite not being an avid fan.
I picked up Limbo on PS4 for less than £4 (that was in my “wait for sale” pile), and may pick up Broken Age as I definitely don’t want to pay £20 for it later on.
I’d like Bastion to go into a sale now please Sony, can’t be long given it released on other platforms ages ago.
Sleeping Dogs and Murdered Soul Suspect are good for a little over a tenner.

You can get Alien for around the same price on disc, if that’s what you prefer, but either way, it’s a must play at any price.
Stick it on hard, put the headphones on and the lights down, and immerse yourself in some bloody wonderful set design – while trying not to soil yourself!
