If the gameplay demo for Homefront on the Microsoft stage at Gamescom looked a little choppy, it’s because the snippets shown were taken from a larger demo that Dambuster and Deep Silver just released online.
If you watched the original, you already pretty much know what’s going on here, but the full demo does give you a better idea of what it actually took to complete the mission they chose to show, and there’s a bit more gunplay and platforming involved.
Homefront: The Revolution is out on PC, PS4 and Xbox One in 2016, and the Xbox version is getting an exclusive beta this winter.

Characters looked as though they were breakdancing at times the movement was so poor, not much better in the online gameplay footage they released. I’m sure thats something that’ll be worked on though. Hopefully this will develop into a really good game as its definately my kinda shooter.
