Podcast: The Year According To Teflon

For the second in our series of The Year According To podcasts, I was joined by TSA’s head honcho, Teflon. As he took over the reigns as TSA’s Editor this year he’s certainly seen a lot change over the past 12 months, and he chatted with me about how his role at the site has changed.

On top of that he’s done a lot of travelling around the UK and Europe to go to a variety of press events, and he shared some of his favourite stories from his various trips. There’s a fair amount about food for some reason, but it was all rather interesting.

As with all of the participants in our Year According To series, Tef also shared with us a few of his picks of the year’s games, and broke down exactly what it was that appealed to him. If you want to find out just what he selected you’ll have to give the episode a listen.

This podcast features strong language, jokes in poor taste and adult themes, if you’re offended by that then we recommend that you don’t listen to it at all.

  • As usual, you can grab the MP3 file here (right click to download).
  • You might want to get it (when the RSS catches us) on the RSS feed, here.
  • We’re on iTunes, when iTunes feels like updating. You can also leave us a review and subscribe there, if you want to be particularly lovely.
  • We’ve launched ourselves on YouTube, with audio-only videos if that’s easier for you to access.
  • Finally, the podcast now appears on Stitcher as well.

  1. I believe you mean “Podcast: The Year According To Teffypoos”

  2. Lovely to hear from Mr Slippery like a toe-shoe. Congrats on taking up the editorial duties – and the seemingly endless “globe-trotting” it has entailed! ;)
EGttR is indeed beautiful but because of how ambient the whole experience is i haven’t felt any urgency to go back and complete it yet.
Bloodborne just wasn’t my kind of game, i had no interest in it whatsoever. Until i saw people streaming it and the gothic atmosphere of the game drew me in . I remember buying my copy from Gamestop and thinking – i’m going to be back tomorrow to try and exchange this – but surprisingly that didn’t happen. I called my hunter Count Ezavinalaf in order to steel myself against the numerous deaths i anticipated and that worked, most of the time..

  3. Definitely sounds like Tef got a lot on his shoulders right now. Best of luck mate ^^
Greta episode. Enjoyable stuff. Keep it going Kris ;)
