Lichdom: Battlemage is one of those games I keep on thinking “ooh, that looks fun” when the videos arrive but then instantly forget about it ten minutes later. Perhaps it’s because it’s a bit Hobbit-y, wizards ‘n’ stuff are not really my thing, but I might be tempted to break with tradition when the game comes out.
In the game you take on the role of a “Dragon” mage (that will please the lawyers in Skyrim), with unlimited spellcasting abilities, and no mana bars or cooldowns. Basically fling anyone of thousands of spells at the assorted nasty creatures and hope for the best.
Lichdom: Battlemage explodes on to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 22nd in North America and Europe as both a digital and physical product.
