Dead Effect 2 Out On PC Now, Makes It Way To PS4 And Xbox One In June

BadFly Interactive has announced that its latest game Dead Effect 2 will be available on PS4 and Xbox One in June. The game has just been released on Steam. Set on a large colonist spaceship that has suffered disaster Dead Effect 2 puts players in the shoes of a character that has to go in and neutralise the threats that have risen, including cyborgs and zombies.

The main story mode will feature 20 missions with extra special missions that follow the traits of lone wolf, survival, infestation, and biohazard. Dead Effect encourages co-operative play too where up to three players can tackle the campaign together. Competitive multiplayer is also present where up to eight players can fight each other. There are over 100 upgradeable weapons, over 300 gear pieces and 3o special abilities to customise characters with too.

  1. Haha, at first I thought this was a combination of Dead Space and Mass Effect. Then I seen the gameplay and thought the same again!

  2. Oh yes, this game. Saw Jim Sterling’s impressions video of it. It’s a mixture of so bad it’s good and generic. Oh and the voice acting is god awful. Sounds like they were trying to be badass with their one liners but only, they forgot that to be a badass, one does not spout one liners

    Hope it’s not going to be a full price game due to it being available and is a budget game. In terms of looks, quality.
