Today, Naughty Dog will be rolling out a bevy of new content and features for Uncharted 4, specifically the multiplayer component. “Lost Treasures” marks the first in four planned DLC drops for the game, unlocking a nice little spread of weapons, boosters, and cosmetic items.
There’s a new map too. Sunken Ruins will have players gunning their way through an abandoned stretch of Libertalia that is both waterlogged and overgrown.
Lost Treasures will introduce over 100 new appearance options for characters, some of which are pirate themed. Instead of simply offering a box of new hats to try on, Naughty Dog has gone above and beyond for some its designs. Pirate Sully, for instance, has a deep facial gouge and glass eye whereas Pirate has a peg leg and mechanical arm.
One omissions that never really made much sense in Uncharted 4 was the absence of a levelling system. Well, it’s coming back today, providing that little extra bit of incentive to carry on playing. The Ranked Play system has also undergone change, dishing out exclusive items to those that score well during a season.
Just to remind you lot, all of this new content is completely free.

I deeply love Uncharted but I suck at multiplayer. I don’t know what it is about this game in particular but I just can’t get to grips with MP. I’ve aced single player on Crushing, platinumed the game, but MP just hands my arse to me every time.
I’ll stick at it though. It’s like an abusive relationship to be honest. It’s probably my fault.

I sucked at it for quite a few days when I first started the multiplayer, getting about 2 downs a match… Then all of a sudden something clicked and I usually end up in the top 2 of the leaderboard with at the very least 10 downs, although I still have the occasional game when I suck… Badly!
Give it a few more days & if you’re still bad, either delete it off your system or eject the disc and snap it in half shortly before setting fire to it.
