What have you lot been up to whilst I have been sunning myself in a tropical paradise? I come home to Blighty to find Grand Theft Auto V is sitting at the top of the charts for no reason whatsoever. Presumably it has been heavily discounted somewhere like Amazon, but even so, the game was originally released 151 weeks ago, who doesn’t have a copy by now?!?
That said it’s a very quite week for games with nothing in the way of new releases. Disney Infinity 3.0 has popped back in the charts are retailers have slashed the price of the game after it has been cancelled, and can we have a quick cheer for Ratchet & Clank? They’re still hanging around the top ten and currently outselling Star Wars Battlefront, The Division, and many other big games.

GTA V may have a reason to the top….. Xbox One S? It is out isn’t it. Probably towards new gamers/owners and it has Online DLC including creations mode whatever that is called. But again I could be wrong xD

I’ve been wrestling in WWE2k16 on PS3 and just jurb hunting.
GTA just had new content released recently for online and this may have pushed it up the charts. It’s also the summer holidays so the younguns probably have GTA.

Astonishing even with how long is it’s price for, usually games drop to £10-£15 within a year or so but GTA is a juggernaut.

I don’t think GTA V goes on sale that often – it’s currently 30 quid on Amazon so it probably only takes a £10 drop for it to go straight up the sales charts.
