A new elusive target, The Black Hat, has been assigned for termination in Hitman, but IO Interactive aren’t giving you too many clues since you won’t know what the target looks like. However this target does have one weakness that could help narrow the spread of people to look out for, and that weakness is jam. Agent 47 has to be on the look out for someone who enjoys jam.
The press release also states that you should avoid all cameras, though the reason for that hasn’t been revealed.
