FIFA 17 And The Elder Scrolls Online Are Free To Play This Weekend

It’s Thanksgiving over in Murica, a extended weekend of celebrating when the nice white folks killed everyone who got in their way. That sounds a little familiar these days…

Anyway, in a purely coincidental move, and one we must stress has nothing to do with genocide, EA have announced that FIFA 17 will be free to play on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 over the long weekend. You get access to the full game although the story mode will be limited. Also, if you have EA Access and have used up you ten hours of free trial you wont get anymore – even though you mates can play it non stop from Thursday, November 24 at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm GMT until 11:59pm PT / 2:59am ET on Sunday, November 27, or 7:59am Monday morning if you are in the UK.

Bethesda have also joined the fun and The Elder Scrolls Online, an game which yo can run about and murder entire races for fun, will be free on Xbox One from today until Sunday. PlayStation 4 and PC gamers had a free to play weekend a few days ago, not that anyone bothered telling us about it.

  1. don’t get me started on trump.
i tried to find some other vaguely insulting name that rhymes with trump to call him, dump, gump, rump.
but it turns out, a slang term for a fart works just fine. ^_^

and it’s good they’re having a free weekend for TESO on Xbox, i wondered why it was only PS4 and PC the other week, i guess they just wanted to wait and do a thanksgiving thing.
ms’s idea probably, being an american company and an american holiday.

    • EA and Bethesda are American companies as well. ;)
