Ubisoft Have Patched The Ending Of Watch Dogs 2 With A New Teaser

Ubisoft have taken the unusual step of tweaking the end sequence of Watch Dogs 2 in the latest patch. MINOR SPOILER WARNING!! It adds a new conversation between two figures which seems to hint at a location far way from the current setting of San Francisco, so it’s unlikely to be hinting at DLC but could be a teaser for Watch Dogs 3.  Ubisoft have said “The production team wanted to include a little something extra at the end of the campaign to expand the Watch Dogs lore and hint at the potential future of DedSec.”

Here is the text of the conversation:

Man 1: How much of this is hyperbole? Has it really gone global?

Man 2: There are new Dedsec cells popping up everywhere. The Middle East, South America, Europe. And not just them. We can’t even keep up with all the new hacktivist groups.

Man 1: Alright. Make the call.

Man 2: You Sure?

Man 1: Do it.

So far, so unremarkable. However, whilst the conversation plays a set of coordinates is shown and if you type them in to Google Maps you get to…

Brixton, in South London. I live just south of this so I’ll keep an eye out for any Ubisoft employees on recon missions!

  1. I wondered what the update was when my PS4 told me it’s been downloaded.
London would make a good backdrop for the next game.

  2. Nice work with the coordinates, seems like a big hint!

If any TSAers have the season pass or are going to buy the Human Conditions DLC, please let me know if you fancy doing the co-op missions…don’t want to do it with randoms! :)

  3. Maybe it picks up your rough location from your IP address and goes to it?

  4. We gonna rock down to Electric Avenue…
