For Honor: Ubisoft Awards Player Bonuses After Server Outage

Ubisoft has confirmed those affected by a recent global server outage will receive in-game bonuses. Anyone who played For Honor between launch day and February 26th will be entitled to a 3 days of Champion Status. This applies to all platforms and will run between March 3rd-5th.

For those confused by what this Champion Status includes, here’s a quick breakdown:

  • More Salvage from dismantling Gear
  • More end-match Loot
  • +25% XP Boost
  • 3 Exclusive Champion Emblems
  • An Exclusive Champion Icon next to your name
  • +10% XP Boost for all players on your team
  • Champion Statuses stack (i.e.: if you bought the Season Pass, you will get 3 extra days)

It’s not a massive peace offering but shows that Ubisoft is actually listening to the community and is looking to improve server and connectivity issues.

  1. Awesome! Roll on March the 3rd and good on Ubi because it’s free to me as it cost Steel to use Champion Status.

  2. Shame the game is being ruined by rampant afk players in the vs AI modes…often get 3 afkrs and seen same players abuse it on differrnt days….game is gonna die if it carries on.
