The Second Capcom Fighters Network Beta Takes Place From May 11th

Capcom will be hosting another Fighters Network Beta from May 11th until May 14th on both PS4 and PC, where the intent is to test the new online system for Street Fighter V before it is officially released and implemented. This beta will not require people to own a copy of Street Fighter V so anyone who has a PC or PS4 can take part, and they’ll have the option to face off as this will be a cross platform test.

The beta will test the faster matchmaking times in both Ranked and Casual matches. Matchmaking will also take into account how often a player rage quits, with those doing so often being paired off against each other. You’ll be able to add friends in the network to follow them and also filter leaderboards by league or nation. You also have the option to blacklist players. The game announcer will  give more details about players by using stats.

To entice people to check out this next beta Capcom will be making a mystery character from the second season playable from May 11th until May 14th.

  1. Proof if it was ever needed that this game was rushed out way before it was ready.

  2. All these sub par games got ok’d for release by someone .. There are people getting paid large amounts of money to release half completed games .. It’s sickening
