Neathrealm have revealed the latest DLC pack for Injustice 2 and it’s packed with fan favourites. Jumping over from Mortal Kombat is the lightning god Raiden, and joining him is the rather awesome half-demon, Hellboy.
The third character for the Fighter Pack 2 DLC is Black Manta who is… *Googles*… the bad guy from Aquaman! Of course he is, everyone knows that.
Black Manata will be landing first in Septemeber, with the other two characters following in consecutive months.

I doubt it, just licensed. Same way Alien and Predator turned up in Mortal Kombat.
