The fact that shaders are one use only in Destiny 2 got some people annoyed and they took to the internet to have a moan. As ever TSA readers were the voice of reason, “After a day of play I have loads of shaders so how big an issue is it going to be?” said Jambo in the comments section, and that’s exactly what Bungie think.
“Shaders are earned through gameplay: levelling, chests, engrams, vendors. We expect you’ll be flush w/ Shaders as you continue to play,” tweeted Destiny 2 Director Luke Smith.
“When you reach level 20, Shaders will drop more often: vendor rewards, destination play and endgame activities. Shaders are now an ongoing reward for playing. Customization will inspire gameplay. Each planet has unique armor and Shader rewards. With D2, we want statements like ‘I want to run the Raid, Trials, or go back to Titan to get more its shader’ to be possible.”
So there you go, you’re going to be swimming in shaders in a few days. Can we go back to worrying about more important things like, I dunno, World War III on the horizon? Thanks.

World War III? I haven’t played the first two yet!

Oh, that’s not too bad actually. Bit crap as a microtransaction but unlockables that are regular is fair enough as long as there is still is a decent chance of getting it in game instead of having to pay to get it.
WWIII won’t occur. NK would be killing themselves if they actually attacked the US and China is really starting to get fed up with NK.
