A few months after the launch of Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy and PlayStation 4,  Jak II, Jak 3, and Jak X Combat Racing will be available for download on the PlayStation Store on 6th December.
Unlike the first game, Jak can talk from the second game onwards. “By giving Jak a voice, it allowed Naughty Dog to explore new narrative techniques that allowed them to create a grittier world with a much more developed and evolved storyline,” reports the PS Blog. “Jak and Daxter evolved from whimsical lighthearted platforming characters to a much darker vision of a future’s past world where Jak and Daxter find themselves pitted against multiple dark forces moving against them.”

I’d never played a J&D game until I got a free code with my copy of Uncharted. I’d recently been playing (or attempting to play) Crash Bandicoot, and was really not getting on with it, so thought J&D wouldn’t be my bag either. But what a surprise! I actually really enjoyed it, so will probs give these a whirl when they are in a sale.

You forgot to mention the absolutely awesome PS2 Theme based on PS2’s option screen clock! That’s becoming my default on 6th of December :D
