Nintendo have kicked off their New Year Sale this morning, and there’s the pleasant surprise of seeing a few of their first party Switch games going on sale. The company aren’t well known for discounting their games, so this is a nice surprise, even if the discounts aren’t exactly mind blowing.
For Switch owners there’s only ARMS, 1-2-Switch and Flip Wars joining the already active sale on third party games that started in the run up to Christmas. ARMS is down to £39.99 for a download now, which is roughly comparable to the game at retail.
Look beyond that and My Nintendo members can get some more enticing offers on Wii U and 3DS. Wind Waker HD for £13.99, Super Mario Maker for Wii U is £17.49 and Super Mario Galaxy for £8.99 are the picks here.
