Nvidia has announced that its GeForce Now streaming service is in open beta on PC, allowing anyone with a Windows or Apple Mac machine to give it a go. The main selling point of the GeForce Now service is that anyone can experience max setting gaming on low powered machines, with players able to connect their Steam and UPlay libraries.
The grunt work is handled by Nvidia’s data centres which can run games at their most optimal performance. Of course this isn’t the first streaming service to grace the games industry, so we’ll have to see how it does though it feels like a fair solution for those who can’t upgrade their computers to reach max settings in games.

Tempted to try the beta seeing as it’s free just to see if my internet can handle it…

I can’t afford a 1080p 60fps PC so it will be nice to try this.

Unless you can afford the latest cpu and gpu’s you always need more ‘power’ when playing flight sim games. My i5 Geforce 970 pc does ok but it will interesting to see how they perform on Geforce Now, if available.
