The Formula One championship is heading toward its summer break in a few weeks, but there’s still a bit of racing left to do before then. This weekend sees them returning to Germany, after taking a year off in 2017, and the Hockenheim Ring.
While the constructors and racers will be snoozing through August, Codemasters will be hard at work finalising and polishing F1 2018 ahead of its 24th August release. As they build toward that launch, they’ve today released an in game lap around Hockenheim, with Renault’s Nico Hülkenburg behind the virtual wheel.
The most recent news surrounding the game had Codies revealing all of the classic cars to be featured this year. All of the cars from F1 2017 are returning, but they’re set to be joined by classics from the 1970s and 80s. Elsewhere, they’ve talked about how relations with the media can affect your progress through the game’s career mode.
