THQ Nordic are hoping to have a big success on their hands with the release of Darksiders III on 27th November, but as is always the case, they’re also planning for what comes after launch. Today they’ve announced two DLC packs will follow the game’s release.
The first of these is the Crucible, where an entity invites Fury to battle waves of enemies in what’s basically just a survival horde mode, while Keepers of the Void promises to to be much more interesting. This takes Fury into the Serpent Holes, which sounds terribly euphemistic, doesn’t it? An ancient threat needs to be taken out, and you’ll have challenges, puzzles and new enemies to overcome. There’s new weapons from the Hollows to find, as well as Abyssal Armour to earn.
