Anyone and everyone seems to be throwing halloween at the wall to see what it’ll stick to, whether it’s themed sales, in-game events or, in the case Xbox Game Pass, a handful of “2Spooky” games.
Available today, those games are:
- Dead Island: Riptide DE
- Outlast
- Hello Neighbor
- >observer_
I mean… that’s OK, and there’s definitely some great scares to be had in Outlast, but I can’t help but feel that these should’ve been bigger games if Microsoft were going to make a bit of a fuss about it. In fairness, there’s already a handful of games already on the subscription service that apply, and so they’ve bundled them together in a 2Spooky collection to highlight them. This includes State of Decay 2, Dead Rising 3, Zombie Army Trilogy, Layers of Fear and the remastered Resident Evil 1 and 0.
Even so… eh.
