Over twenty years after a game titled Resident Evil 2 first topped the UK retail charts in April 1998, Capcom have done it again with Resident Evil 2’s impressive remake. It’s their biggest launch since January 2017, when Resident Evil 7 spooked its way to the top of the charts, and while Resi 2’s sales were about 18% lower, it’s still a great opening weekend for the company.
Behind it, Red Dead Redemption 2 and Black Ops 4 jumped past last week’s top dog, New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe, while Ace Combat 7 slid further to sixth behind FIFA 19.

Well deserved! The remake is amazing all remasters should be remakes, puzzles have been moved. Locations is dark and scary. How zombies reacted when being shot or dodged. The game is fantastic everything I wanted ^^ and the graphics update
I have completed it 4x on Standard difficulty… going to start Hardcore mode as Leon tonight or tomorrow night.
