So take this with a very big pinch of salt, but apparently the screens below are from a version of Left 4 Dead 3 that was in production at Valve in 2013. It is alleged the game was being “built within the assets set of the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive map Dust II remake, being themed around a Middle-Eastern Kasbah.”
It is also suggested the game was cancelled in 2017. There are 29 screens which only show buildings, no zombies or anything, you can check out the full set here but we have mirrored a couple below.
