The PS4 Spotify app is now available in countries like India, Colombia, and Argentina

It was back in 2015 when Sony announced that it was partnering with Spotify to run the PlayStation Music service bringing the music streaming app to the PS3 and PS4, with the service itself launching in March 2015. It’s obviously an incredibly popular service allowing players to listen to millions of songs, albums and playlists while playing games. So, if a game’s soundtrack isn’t doing it for you then you can switch over to whatever music takes your fancy.

Today Sony announced that the Spotify app would be launched in more countries with those being India, Argentina, Colombia, Lebanon, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar. A month free trial is available for anyone who hasn’t previously been a subscriber to Spotify Premium. Don’t forget you can also link your Spotify app on your IOS or Android device to the PS4 app so you can essentially use it as a remote.
