I know what you’re thinking. It’s Wednesday and the charts are only being published now? Yes, thanks to the Bank Holiday. Did the week running up to this holiday weekend have a massive bearing on the way the chart turned out? No idea. What we do know is that Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is once again in pole position with Super Mario Maker 2 in second place, while Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled lost the lead and slipped back into 3rd. The biggest jump of the week was for Mortal Kombat which climbed from 40th to 4th place, while Yu-Gi-Oh: Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution was the only new entry, and managed to score 10th place.

We’re likely to see some large changes to the chart next week due to this week’s releases including the rather fantastic Control, as well as the astounding Astral Chain. MXGP 2019Â is also making a mark, and Wreckfest has made its console debut too. The highly anticipated Man of Medan will also release on Friday, so next week’s chart is looking rather unpredictable.
