BT has announced it is partnering with Google to become the first European distribution partner of Stadia. As part of this partnership, BT is running a promotion of its broadband packages with those who sign up for either BT’s Superfast Fibre 2, Ultrafast Fibre 100 or Ultrafast Fibre 250 having the option to receive a Stadia Premiere edition. That edition includes a Chromecast Ultra, Stadia controller, and three months of Stadia pro. That offer runs until January 30th and then new offers will go live on February 7th that incorporate the Stadia streaming service.
As part of the partnership BT will be running adverts across TV, print outlets, and online to highlight Stadia.
BT’s Marc Allera, CEO of BT’s Consumer Division said:
