Avatar: The Last Airbender character skins will be available in SMITE from July

Titan Forge has announced a brand new battle pass for its free to play third person MOBA, and Avatar fans will be happy. To be clear that is Avatar as in Avatar: The Last Airbender and not James Cameron’s Avatar movie. The Avatar battle pass will be released in July and will feature Aang, Zuko, Korra, and Naga coming into SMITE to face off against the gods. The characters are essentially skins for existing SMITE characters. Aang is the new skin for Master Wizard Merlin, Susano gets the Zuko skin, and Skadi becomes Korra who is accompanied by Naga. The announcement trailer can be watched below.

Travis Brown, Executive Producer of SMITE, said:

“We went overboard with detail, capturing each Avatar character’s unique personality and referencing fan-favorite moments from the shows. These are essentially all-new characters that happen to use the same abilities as existing SMITE Gods – and we can’t wait for our more than 30 million fans to play with them.“Titan Forge Games is full of die-hard Avatar fans.When we had the opportunity to work on this franchise, we knew we were going to go all-out and really bring the Avatar world to life in SMITE.”

Alongside the regular skins there will be a cabbage vendor emote, an in game representation of Appa, and prestige skins showing Aang and Korra in their Avatar states as well as Zuko as the Blue Spirit. SMITE is free to play on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.
