Square Enix has announced that it has made Life Is Strange 2: Episode 1 is now free permanently. According to Square Enix the first episode is about three hours long, so plenty of time to draw you in the series. Episode 1 starts the journey of the two brothers Sean and Daniel Diaz, who run away from home after an accident. Along with running away the brothers have to deal with Daniel’s discovered power of telekinesis.
Life Is Strange Episode 1 is free on PS4, PC, and Xbox One. The download links are below:

Following on from Max and Chloe’s time-twisting adventure was always going to be a tricky task, but Dontnod have pulled it off with aplomb in Life Is Strange 2’s first episode. Sean and Daniel’s relationship, the tragedy that sends them on the run, the contrasting people that they meet and the supernatural twists on a modern day drama all come together in wonderful fashion.

I was waiting for all the episodes to be available first, but then it took them over a year to do that, by which point I’d completely forgotten it existed. So they might just have tempted me to give it a go now.
