Saber Interactive has confirmed that Evil Dead: The Game will not be making the 2021 release window as first planned. Instead, Evil Dead: The Game has been delayed to February 2022. This is because the development team needs more time to implement a single player option. In the initial reveal Evil Dead: The Game was pitched as a multiplayer experience. The extra time is also being used to polish the multiplayer aspect of Evil Dead: The Game.
