Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr Ultimate Edition launching this month

Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr Ultimate Edition will be available from October 27th, Neocore Games has announced. The game was announced earlier this year as an enhanced edition for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. The original Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr was released in 2018

Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr Ultimate Edition will include all of the 25 DLCs released so far. This version of the game will also have native 4K support, higher resolution for textures, improved physics, cross gen multiplayer support, and it will take advantage of the DualSense on PS5. The new Sororitas class, which was revealed in 2021, will be a separate DLC coming to PS5, PS4, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S at a later date.

In our review for the game Jason wrote, “Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr’s final release feels better than it did in Early Access, through a mixture of added polish by Neocore and likely a dose of Stockholm Syndrome on my part. The dark aesthetic and relatively messy combat will likely turn those who aren’t fans of Warhammer 40,000 away, but if you do like the universe and have people to play with, then the procedural generation and promise of ongoing support means that this is a game you can sink plenty of time into.”
