Something for the Weekend – 28/10/23

Alan Wake 2 launch trailer header

It’s been another miserable week weather-wise, and things haven’t been very cheery in the gaming industry either. This week saw a number of upcoming games being delayed, and the big release of Cities Skylines 2 was marred by performance issues.

On the flip side, we had a bunch of reviews, including the hotly anticipated Alan Wake 2 had a far better release, so let’s dive in!

We kick things off with our latest video review, which includes a 10/10 for Alan Wake 2.

We also threw in a couple of hardware reviews too:

Meanwhile, Aran brought us a preview of Invincible Presents: Atom Eve Preview – Up and Atom, which looks like one to keep an eye on for sure.

And then finishing off the week, What We Played, which featured Alan Wake 2, Ghostrunner 2 & Like A Dragon: Ishin.

  • Andrewww gave card game Inscryption a try but wasn’t impressed, so is playing through the Alan Wake Remaster to ease the pain of missing out on The Quarry.
