The open beta for Doom begins on the 15th but you should be able to download the beta file now from your respectively PlayStation, Xbox or PC digital store front. As I’m super lovely, here are the links for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One betas.
The content for the open beta seems unchanged from the closed beta which ran a few days ago, you can find my thoughts on that here.
- Maps – Heatwave and Infernal
- Game Modes – 6v6 Team Deathmatch and Warpath
- Demon – Revenant
- Weapons – Rocket Launcher, Plasma Rifle, Super Shotgun, Vortex Rifle, Static Rifle, Heavy Assault Rifle, and Lightning Gun
- Power Weapons – Gauss Cannon
- Equipment – Frag Grenade, Personal Teleporter, Siphon Grenade

Took some searching, but PC users can get it on Steam by searching for “DOOM Open Beta”..
Not sure why they don’t link it from the Steam store page…
