If you were wondering where Kara had got to during the 2016 E3 Detroit trailer, don’t worry she is still in the game. Much like Heavy Rain, Detroit: Become Human will let you play as multiple characters all of which can die. Kara will be introduced first, then Connor, the star of the newest trailer, other characters will be added and their stories will interweave as the game progresses.
David Cage also hinted that the joypad gymnastics found in Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls may be a thing of the past, saying the game has a “more traditional interface… because [he] wants the challenge to be in the mind of the player, and not necessarily just on his thumbs.”
Cage also told IGN that the game with be “about eight to ten hours” long with “a lot of replayability value.”

Around the same as the other two, if a little bit shorter. I didn’t replay HR or BTS a second time, but it wasn’t because they weren’t good!

I also didn’t replay them, a big part of it for me was how his games involve personal story choices, a lot like the Telltale games, so you experience the story you were meant to.
