With Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker now officially in the bag, there’s only one thing left for director Hideo Kojima to do: sign a bucket load of thank you letters and send out a copy of the game to numerous people who he feels helped during the process.
Posting a couple of pictures of what amounts to Kojima-san’s personal sign of gratification up on his Twitter account*, we thought the morbidly obsessive of you out there might be interested to see what a few dozen letters with the legend’s individualised stamp looks like.

The astute among you will notice that some of the letters have the peace symbol while others do not. The reasoning? Only Kojima knows. Maybe he likes certain people more than others.
Finally, if you think sending out so many free copies of Peace Walker might dint the game’s sales in Japan, don’t. Trust us, it’s going to sell tremendously well in its home country. And everywhere else for that matter. After all, it’s got Snake in it. Loads of them in fact.
*Warning, it’s in Japanese.
