What We Played – Digital Dragons, LEGO Batman & Forza Horizon 6

I have had a busy week, chock full of games, not least because I’ve been out at Digital Dragons in Krakow, meeting exciting developers and creatives from around the industry, as well as hitting up the indie zone to experience games like Mutter and Pit Panic. Besides that, I’ve played something I’m not allowed to talk about, and a spot of War Drum for review.

First up this week, Aran has been playing Will Follow The Light for review. We’ll have his full thoughts next week! Meanwhile, Jim has been playing more Skull & Bones, which is still providing some laid-back fun, “Though I’m starting to feel the resource grind.” He also went back to Silent Hill 2, saying, “Despite my worries, I was able to gain my bearings pretty quickly. And with the game having recently celebrated its 10th anniversary, I also dropped back into Uncharted 4’s multiplayer, which is still immensely fun.”

Tuffcub managed to play the first two missions in Resident Evil Requiem. He says, “Grace seems a bit of a wet blanket. It looks fabulous though.”

Miguel’s had a busy one, playing Luna Abyss, Forza Horizon 6, and Dead As Disco! Back on this side of the pond, Dziady has played some more Deadhaus Sonata and cleared up the endgame content in Quartet. He’s also put some time into an upcoming indie game with a ludicrously long name and began The Quiet Place on PS+. Finally, it’s been Necrophosis on PS5, which he says, “Is the follow-up title from the devs behind The Shore, which ditches the terrible chase sequences and focuses on being a weird walking sim and is much the better for it.”

And finally for this week, Tef has been rather careless with his tub of beans. He’s spilled them about the Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun 2 demo – which you can play now – he also got some good hands on time with The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales – which also has a demo – he wrapped up our review of Yoshi and the Mysterious Book, and he got to play Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced, which is shaping up to be a great remake. Oh, and now he’s making a start on Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight. Quite the week!

Now then, what have you played?
