UK Charts: It’s Zumba Again

Another week, another number one spot for the seemingly unbeatable Zumba Fitness. Call of Juarez takes a very respectable second place, although there’s at least one member of the TSA staff who wasn’t too keen on it.

Tiger Woods 12 leaps up from 40th to 13th (what the?), whilst noobs Cars 2 and EDF: Insect Armageddon come in at eight and 15th respectively.

  2. Looking at some of the stuff in the chart, would a triple A game make something of a killing at this time of year or are sales quite low in general regardless of chart positions?

    • Thats a very fair point, it would never happen but if BF3 or something was released this week I reckon the sales would be insane

  4. Dungeon Siege still climbing the charts I see, which is hardly suprising given its ~£11 price point right now.

    Nice to see Cars2 charting reasonably well since its the first reasonably decent movie tie-in game in a very long time :)

    Speaking as someone who has never played an AC game before, is Brotherhood worth buying? I’ve seen it in plenty of stores recently for about £15 so…

    • I’ve been wanting DS3, but seeing the price drop so rapidly I’ve been reluctant to get it. I saw it at £18 but balked so where have you seen it around that price? I’d definitely grab it for £11.

      • skibadee(do-daa) is correct. It’s been on GAME.co.uk gameplay.co.uk and zavvi (i believe) recently for £11 and a few pennies.

    • because everyone who plays it is really fit and will now live longer

  6. Universally slammed for being forgettable at levels rarely seen and it still enters the chart at No.2. Wow, the world is especially ****ed up right now. :-)

    • Most gamers dont check reviews though, they just go for new titles. Sad but true…

  9. zumba is king and im glad UFC personal trainer hasn’t beat zumba as my mate was raving that it would hammer it in the sales when i was sure & was right zumba would win.

  10. Who is still buying Zumba??
    Totally shocked at Call of Juarez. Was guessing that it might not even chart. It is at a slightly lower price point though so that will have helped.
