Minis Cubixx Delayed, Secret Stuff Happening

I’ve been speaking with the guys at Laughing Jackal this morning about upcoming Minis title Cubixx (see video below) which was meant to be out today on the EU Store Update. However, due to something at the last minute, it’s now out next week. “I can’t reveal the reasons for this delay,” said our contact at the studio, “but I imagine most people will be pretty happy about it.”
Sound interesting, eh? I pressed for more information, wondering whether it was related to our news that PSP games would find their way onto the PS3 soon, but he wasn’t budging. “Mysterious isn’t it?” he teased. The game is definitely out next week in Europe next Thursday for £2.49, and Laughing Jackal plan to release in the US and Asia as soon as possible in the new year. We’ll have more on Cubixx as soon as we can.

It’s damn near certain that PS3-PSP changes are afoot… Mini’s on PS3 can only be days away… right?

Me too, and with more and more games having their own trophies built in to the game they’ll be easy to patch too.

Sorry to burst your bubbles but im pretty sure sony previously stated PSP trophies wouldnt be happening due to the fact that they can be so easily hacked, allowing people to artificially boost their trophy scores.

Hmm, I’m also on the PS3 bandwagon.
I guess we’ll find out soon enough. Hope it is for PS3 though, as it looks really good – and no longer have a PSP.

Not quite sure what the object of the game is (eg. what’s happening in the video, etc) but it looks groovy as can be. Anyone care to explain? (objectives)

Talked to the studio, I don’t read Joystiq… Might have been fed the same text as his comment though, although it was over several emails.
