Braid, the innovative (and rather beautiful) platformer will finally hit the European PSN next week, according to Mike Kebby on the European Blog. It’s confirmed, locked down and pre-loaded. Well, it’s not pre-loaded, but it’s certainly ready to roll, and if this is going to be your first taste of Braid, you’re in for something rather special.

Do you have any idea on pricing of this? I could be interested if it is the right price, through in some Blue Toad, some LBP, and some minis (once working on PS3), and my bandwidth will be getting a hit

It’s $14.99 in the US store which prob means £11.99/€14.99 in EU store. The game sounds good and i’ve never played it before but it’s also supposed to be a bit short, although there is some replay value. Maybe there will be a demo….

There weren’t be any Square Enix PS1 classics before the new year though (well no FF8, Vagrant Story anyway and no FF Tactics either)
AdhocParty is also due for 22nd. Hustle Kings should be getting a blog update soon too.
Next week we’ll also get a full list of compatible minis for the PS3 (many of which are due to be update/patched next week).
Possibly a PixelJunk offer after Christmas.
