Future has just revealed that they will be launching their new digital magazine service FirstPlay on the 8th April.
Speaking via Twitter, the publisher said,
The launch episode of FirstPlay goes live on the PlayStation Store… 8 April.
The new service is of course the equivalent to the American service, bringing exclusive news, reviews and hopefully exclusive content such as early access to betas, demos as well as Avatars, Themes etc.
Each episode will cost £0.99 each or you can subscribe for £8.99 for a three month period.
Update
We have just found out (via MCV) that next weeks episode will feature Just Cause 2 and Final Fantasy thanks to a deal struck between Square Enix and Future Publishing.
Under the terms of the deal users will be able to access the Final Fantasy XIII website through a promotional video, while trailers for Just Cause 2 will transfer players to the downloadable demo and an exclusive in-game item.
