UK Charts: Week Ending 19th June

5 Weeks since release, 5 weeks at the top of the charts – Red Dead Redemption is still going strong. Rockstar’s latest manages to hold off Mario for a second week and despite a fall in sales, the gap between the two top sellers on the All Formats chart widens to almost 5,000 units. So, with Marston and his lassoing, hogtying, duelling, horse-riding, law-infringing, herb-collecting, animal-skinning shenanigans still firmly at number 1, what else is happening in the charts?

UK PS3 Charts: Week ending 19th June:

FIFA World Cup 2010 is still hanging on to 2nd place as Prince of Persia climbs into the top 3 and International Cricket debuts at number 4. Battlefield: Bad Company 2 also reappears, jumping from 11th to 7th. ModNation Racers falls to its lowest position since release.

UK 360 Chart: Week ending 19th June:

No change in the top 4 this week but Prince of Persia jumps 5 spaces to round off the top 5. Battlefield: Bad Company 2 rises 8 places to number 6 whilst Split/Second also reappears to take 8th place. Green Day: Rock Band falls from the chart and Codemaster’s International Cricket fails to debut in the 360’s top 10.

  1. Wow, can’t believe how well RDR is selling, even now. MW2 is still hanging in there at last spot.
