New Sony Japan Countdown Site Appears

Japanese game developers love their teaser sites – bizarre glyphs, source code hints and countdown timers are all the rage in the Land of the Rising Sun. Today it’s the latter, with a new countdown appearing over on the official Japanese PlayStation site.

The teaser page, titled ‘Amimono’, meaning knitting in Japanese, shows only a suited man sitting in a chair toying with a ball of yarn. So it looks like we’ll be see a Move-compatible Godfather game with extended knitting segments.

The countdown timer is due to finish at 4am next Thursday, UK time, so we’ll likely find out more then. Providing it doesn’t get leaked in next week’s Famitsu first.
