Ubisoft have today announced that the beta test for the upcoming stab-tastic sequel Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood will be available exclusively on PS3 from October 4th, to those who have pre-ordered the game, and to those lucky enough to win codes in Gamespot’s giveaway.
The beta will include nine playable characters, including the doctor, courtesan, priest and executioner, each with their own signature weapons and moves. Up to eight player matches will be available across two modes: Wanted, a points challenge for assassinating and escaping in “clever ways”, and Alliance, where players pair up to work together. The beta will include two maps, one in Rome and one in Castel Gandolfo.
Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood is pegged for a November 18th release on PS3 and 360, and early next year on PC.

Im not too bothered about the MP, the SP looks amazing, so If the MP is bad, I won’t care.

I’m really looking forward to having a crack at this. The MP looks potentially as if it could be a lot of fun. That said, I’m still looking forward to the SP campaign the most when it’s released.
