Earlier this week we brought you the news that the Dead Space 2 multiplayer was due to be revealed shortly. From reading the comments, one of the concerns was that any multiplayer mode would dilute the tension and scares that the single player game provides. Well the trailer is out, and it’s looking great – we reckon there will still be scares aplenty.

yeah, i suppose online was necessary for a sequel, branching out, getting a bigger fanbase. not sure i’ll be playing much of it, though. depends what the trophies are!

To be honest I was quite looking forward to the SP aspect of DS2. After watching this trailer I think that I’m *almost* more looking forward to the MP part now. Don’t know why, as the SP atmosphere was awesome on the first, but it could be something to do with “work together…. or die together”. :-D
