PSN Maintenance Tomorrow

Much shorter this time.

28Just a quick note that tomorrow will see the PSN undergo some maintenance. Unlike the last time though, this slot is much shorter as it starts at 7am GMT, and ends at 9am GMT. You may be automatically signed out of the PSN, but you should be able to sign back in right away and resume whatever it is you were doing.

Seems to be alot of maintenance going on at the moment for the PSN. What are they up to?

Just what I was thinking, at least this time it is during a time period when I would imagine there is not a lot of usage on the PSN as opposed to the other ‘lets do it from mid afternoon right through the evening’ time slots they usually seem to like to choose!

Probably to help the onslaught PSN will take next week when Black Ops hits. Though I’d like to see a fully fledged new firmware update before christmas!

If this is the case I’d rather them be doing the work now than ending up with a crashed service 3 hours after launch!

True, but I don’t really care how long it lasts when its at that time of day. It’s when it’s in the afternoons and evenings that it annoys me.
