It’s the penultimate Store update of 2010. Lots on offer here from a few quid off Droplitz and Scott Pilgram, to Prototype for the insane amount of £31.99/€39.99. If Sony manage to shift more than a handful at that price point we’ll be shocked. There’s also a new Move enabled Planet Minigolf demo and a couple of fresh Princes decked out in some HD duds. What will you be picking up?

me, i LIKE downloads, dont feel the need for physical media, but £31 for a game that is old enough to be in the shops for £10 – £20, thats crazy. its like someone with a controlling share in a shipping company or Blu ray/plastics factory is in charge and determined that downloadable full games will never take off!
i did buy Borderlands for £10 just the other day, so that DLC pack is very tempting :)

Trouble with cheap games like that is it makes the DLC hard to justify when it’s more than the whole game cost you.

ooohhh… am i happy that i decided against buying borderlands DLC so far… i just thought abou it again 2 or 3 days ago :)
looks like ill get them today :)
also, persona for the psp wasnt on the store here at all, so i hope it will be there now… Prince of persia would bean option, but i think ill wait and maybe get them on disc at a later point…

Auditorium HD missing again?
I’m aware it’s up to the devs to jump through whatever hoops the platform holders sets them, but Sony really need to look at removing some of the hoops.
There isn’t the same level of frustration when it comes to US Vs EU on the Xbox Marketplace
A Flash game with zero dialogue, & only a few words of text around the menus taking around a month longer (so far, and counting) to be released than the US is a poor reflection on the processes that have been created.

Emm, I’ve bought Prototype for PS3 at launch, and you know, back then the price was close to the one for store version. Except back then it was a retail copy of brand-new just released game. And here we have an overpriced digital download of an old game.
But maybe it’s a trick to make those who haven’t played the game buy a retail version? Because, you see, the game itself is good. But by now it’s not worth that much – too old.
