Animus Project Update 2.0 Now Available

Game of the Year 2010 runner-up, Assassins Creed: Brotherhood, has today received its second free multiplayer DLC, dubbed “Animus Project Update 2.0” which is now available via Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network. The update includes a new map, depicting the rural town of Pienza, as well as Chest Capture, an all-new game mode. Two teams of three are pitted against each other, one looking to steal a treasure chest with the other team trying to protect it.

The file weighs in at around 200MB and at the sweet price of nothing, you can get treasure hunting in no time.

  1. Nicest! I’ll be avin that!

  2. Best. Game. Ever.

    • wouldn’t go that far it’s great but not brilliant..

      • To each is his own xD

The only thing that Brotherhood lacked in my opinion was more actual assassinations, like number 1 and 2.. :P

  3. I dont get why the subtext says Assassins Greed lol, pretty bad pun since Ubisoft are being the opposite of greedy :)

    • Well this new mode is about treated hunting, so I thought it would stick :)

    • Yeah but the assassins stealing the treasure are being greedy!

  4. Tried it last night, was quite difficult as I was playing with randoms so communication wasn’t the best!

    • Have a crack on Friday then hopefully, I’ll have my headset charged.

    • It’s definitely one of the more tactical ones, I found it quite hard to get better than 3000 on due to the generalized chaos on it.

  5. If only i hadnt loaned the game out :(
