DLC for Mortal Kombat continues to pour in. Earlier this week saw the release of the blind swordsman, Kenshi, and now we’re getting a first look at the purple ninja, Rain. And yes, he is indeed a reference to a Prince song.
A release date hasn’t been announced just yet, but you can expect to see a gameplay trailer on July 11th.

… so, I decided to look up purple ninja. Aside from seeing a bunch of cute ninjas dressed in purple attire, I noticed that there’s a definition on urban dictionary. All of these replies suddenly make sense to me now. How could such an innocent pairing of words be tied to something like that? WAIT WAIT WAIT. I don’t want to know!
