Zumba Fitness is once again top of the UK Chart, making it four weeks in a row. DiRT 3 climbs several places to number two, whilst Transformers also sees a boost.

Bearing in mind what’s at number one, it’s a shame to see UFC Personal Trainer so low down the list. At first glance it appears to be a fitness title that will actually work.

Check out my UFC Personal Trainer Diary if you’re interested in getting the game.

  1. At least it’s nice to see only one Wii game created by Nintendo on the charts this week.

    • Never heard of that game before, is it new? :oD

    • Small indie title. You should give it a shot, when you’re not busy sweating like a loon waving at your Kinect.
      ;)

      • Activison, they sound familiar. Aren’t they like, supposed to make revolutionary, new games that are like nothing before and certainly NOT rehashes? That sounds like them to me

      • I suggest keeping an eye on Spyro. Might surprise you.

Tough one this – that refers to every game franchise ever made! Are you referring to Mario, Halo or GTA?

  3. Still no sign of Hunted or Alice, despite their big price drops recently *sadface*
What’s even more disappointing is the lack of Shadows of the Damned. After playing through that game this weekend I can safely safe it deserves to be in the top 5 right now.
May pick up Portal2 or Dirt3 this week given they are a bit cheaper now :)

    • Also, my mate brought his PS3 round this weekend and showed me Infamous2. What an awesome game that is :D Should be higher in the charts really.

    • I thought Hunted might have appeared. Picked it up for £19.99 in Game over the weekend. Thought the price drop might have boosted it up there.

      • What you think of it so far? :) It reviewed pretty badly but I really enjoyed it when playing co-op

  4. I got it at release, and I’ve really enjoyed it, not completed it yet thanks to some other releases but a very fun game, and I’ve only played solo so far. Couldn’t find a good game online when I tried the few times but would love to give it a go, though I don’t like Caddoc much…

      • lol I figured :) Yeah I noticed the online lobbies were a bit quiet but I managed to talk a mate into playing it through with me on system link :) E’lara is definately the more interesting of the two characters in terms of gameplay, love Caddoc’s one-liners though :D

      • haha yeah his character is cool, just playing as him i always die really easily which is annoying for a tank type character!

      • I found that too :| It wasn’t too bad on casual, but I definately found on normal or above he was much more squishy as probably should have been. Still, he does a hell of a lot of damage when buffed, which is the main thing :D

  5. recently played the LEGO pirates of the Caribbean game, such good fun in coop, will be my next game when I see a price drop. Would also like to give Dirt3 and Portal 2 a go, but lack of funds.

    Good top 5 though

    • Nice to hear. I still have that one on my list.

  6. I guess I can say I’m disappointed that Alice: Madness Returns and MotorStorm: Apocalypse aren’t even in those charts at all.

Why is it that the very best games are the ones that don’t sell? God, the mainstream audience… they’re just clueless. :/

Anyway, I’m no longer going to judge games based on how they sell, or how well they were reviewed. If I like a game, I like a game, end of. :)

  7. Red Faction: Armageddon still hanging in there. :)

    • Obviously! It came out on the store at the bargain price of 57.99 this week. I mean, how can you turn that steal down! :D

  8. I want you to die Zumba. You are not a game.

what is that game at no7, I have never heard of it. Is it a new one or a remake?

RDA is still on the charts!?:o i thought it had been kicked off by now. AC:B is still hanging in there which i will be getting in a few weeks.

Is TF3 that good? As it seems to be selling well. If it is then i may have to tell the clown up in the rafters that there is a good movie tie game that has been released.

  10. I actually find myself getting slightly irate that people are still buying Call of Duty. Just proves how brain dead and oblivious people are at making their own mind up about which games they like. Worth of mouth is strong in this one.
