“the game is being designed specifically for the PlayStation Vita and will include new gameplay features and content not found in the console release.”
The Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition is just a re-release with all the DLC. It also includes a voucher for the 90s MK movie and MK Warriors Soundtrack with an exclusive track.

I’m sure I heard of this before.
Maybe it was only rumoured.
I’d like to point out that PSP was good for fighting games too. Best Tekken I ever played was Dark Ressurection on PSP.

So many I have are great fun especially Guilty Gear so if any have a great online network then fighting games would be a even better fit for handhelds.
