If you were wondering when the next pre-E3 game reveal was going to be, wonder no longer – it’s Harry Potter Kinect, which was just announced.
The game, in development at Eurocom, will feature sequences from all the movies and will push all of Kinect’s abilities, including the option to scan your own visage into the game.
And, of course, wave your arms and shout a lot.
“Harry Potter for Kinect will engage Harry Potter fans old and new by bringing them into the wizarding world as truly active participants,” said Samantha Ryan, Senior Vice President of Production and Development at Warner Interactive.
It’s clearly a game for younger players, though. “Kids and parents will enjoy recreating their favourite Harry Potter adventures, from flying a broomstick in a Quidditch match, to battling pixies and duelling other wizards.”
There’s no Move version planned.

This game and a Star Wars one should be made for move. No idea how it ended up being on xbox.
Oh wait… M$ ;)
wonkey-willy
how could you suggest that the big M have used their billions to persuade the software house to make games exclusive to xbox..
thats just plain ridiculous…

I’m talking about the brands not the developer…

i agree with Stage, move would be ideal for a star wars lightsaber game, or a harry potter wand game.
move doesn’t have built in voice recognition like kinect but i’m sure the ps3 could handle it for spell casting.
