Writing about video games requires a kind of slow, drawn out unpackaging of the good stuff. A game announcement is now like a Matryoshka doll, each little snippet unloading into another. PR is so intricately up in the guts of a game’s release now that drip feeding things like this has become the norm. Still, it’s Far Cry 3 and I’m as excited as a rich guy’s stepkid at Christmas.
By the way, it’s not safe for work because he says “mother fu*ker”. Potty-mouthed little melon farmer.
Ubisoft’s E3 conference will be one to keep an eye on this year, and not just because they’re usually mental. Far Cry 3, Assassin’s Creed 3 and a few other exciting prospects should ensure it’s action packed.

Don’t know if you saw it, but there’s a video about the making of FC3’s and AC:3’s E3 video’s/gameplay :)

Oh, and this game looks incredible. Ubisoft have RS:Patriots, AC:3 and FC:3, all of which look stunning; and will be bought on release.

FC2 irritated the hell out of me, but this looks very promising.
Origami Killer
Probably the game Im most looking forward to seeing more of at E3 :)

You don’t do a teaser for a trailer! You just don’t do that! You wouldn’t get an ad for an ad. Just play the trailer during E3 without a teaser and people will still watch it. Rant over.
Hopefully, FC3 won’t have the enemies that seem to be terminators due to their habit of respawning and being able to chase you downn regardless of vehicle.

The enemy respawn in FC2 irritated the hell out of me, it actually turned me of the game.

Meh, it might end up being alright but I’m yet to find an enjoyable openworld FPS

I’m looking forward to this, been playing FC2 recently and it was alright but this looks like a completely different game!
